Capello piles pressure on Garcia to win Serie A
The former England boss analyzed the current Serie A situation focusing on the table leaders Roma.
“They have all the qualities to win the title ”, Capello told Radio Stereo 92.7.
“They have to understand that sometimes it takes sacrifices in order to win. You don’t win because you have a pretty jersey or because the city is amazing. Now they don’t have to gush over their results and be focused.”
“Garcia has everything he needs to win.”
But which other clubs could feature among the Serie A pretenders?
“When I was in charge of Roma, the league’s level was much higher, as the best European players were playing in Italy. Now there are five teams battling it out for a title and I am sure it will be definitely a thrilling championship.”
“Sarri has made a great job at Napoli swopping system from 4-3-1-2 to 4-3-3. He doesn’t have to put too much pressure on the team and he has to work day by day. The future is the next game.”
“Juve will be back in the title race soon. I expected them to have a slow start to the season as Andrea Pirlo, Arturo Vidal and Carlos Tevez have all left the club last summer. Juve have also struggled with some injuries, but I think they took the right path.”
