Chelsea ponder January bid for Inter midfielder
The Blues are considering making a € 30 million bid in the January transfer window to sign the Croatian midfielder who did not impress under Frank De Boer, but started the last two games under interim boss Stefano Vecchi.
The Croat had been impressing for Inter until the beginning of the current season, so much so the best European clubs were said to be eager to sign him last summer. With Chelsea that are expected to offload Spanish playmaker Cesc Fabgreas in the winter transfer window, either Brozovic or Pastore could be chosen ones to replace the former Barcelona man at the Nou Camp.
Inter’s Serie A rivals Juventus had been linked with welcoming the player’s services, but the nerazzurri refused to sell one of their best midfielder to their most hatred rivals.
Brozovic, 23, has two assists in seven games so far this season.
