As learned by Calciomercato.com, Giorgio Chiellini's agent, Davide Lippi, is in Spain to discuss his player's future with Real Madrid.

Real are looking for a central defender. AC Milan did not want to negotiate Thiago Silva, Vidic has renewed his contract with Manchester United and, and Benfica asked 35 million for David Luiz. Thus, Real Madrid are thinking of Chiellini in case that the negotiation with Maicon will fail too.

In the meantime Chiellini is negotiating a contract renewal with Juventus for 3 million euro per season. His transfer could allow the club to acquire Dzeko.

If Chiellini leaves, Nicolas Burdisso could be the alternative.
