Enner Valencia allegedly fakes breathing problems to escape police
West Ham and Ecuador striker Enner Valencia faked breathing problems to escape arrest. Police had been trying to arrest the Ecuadorian ace earlier on Wednesday as Valencia is accused of failing to pay over € 15.000 in child maintenance.
Lawyers manager to block the arrest on Wednesday, but police attended yesterday’s game and tried to arrest the player both before and after the game.
Valencia, with the complicity of his companions, circumvented the police who were waiting for him in front of the bus, and then, 10 minutes from the end, was carted off faking respiratory problems. He was then taken out of the stadium in an ambulance and police lost his tracks shortly after.
