Everton make MEGA offer for Roma midfielder Strootman!
The Toffees have, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport, made a €38 million offer for the Roma midfielder.
After a very good start with Roma, the Dutchman was forced to miss the 2014 World Cup through an ACL tear, and has barely been seen on the pitch since, having reinjured his right knee since.
He's only made 11 Serie A appearances over the past two seasons, having made 25 in the 2013/2014 campaign, scoring five times.
