    AS Roma are interested in signing Bologna wonderkid Amadou Diawara who is a long time target of the giallorossi and had been tracked by Chelsea as well. AS Roma have agreement with the player and with Bologna but they need to sell one of their players in order to buy the promising 19-year-old midfielder.

    According to our transfer pundit Fabrizio Romano, Leandro Paredes is the player AS Roma could sacrifice in order to sign Diawara. The former Empoli starlet is chased by some important European clubs and AS Roma are only going to sell him on their conditions.

    Bids of Schalke 04 and Zenit have been already rejected and Empoli are dreaming of welcoming the Argentinean back at the Castellani next season. How? Signing the 22-year-old in partnership with Juventus. The Old Lady is now focused on the Paul Pogba to Manchester United deal, but they could make an offer around € 18 million in August and loan the player out to Empoli for one more season.

    AS Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini hopes other clubs will make official offers for Paredes before Juventus take concrete steps towards the signing of the player.
