Fiorentina set sights on Liverpool winger
According to goal.com, La Viola have set sights on Lazar Markovic who is going to leave Liverpool in the current transfer window.
Markovic, 22, failed to impress at Liverpool in the 2014-15 campaign and was loaned out to Fenerbache last term when he netted two goals and registered three assists in 21 games in all competitions.
Markovic moved to Liverpool on a € 25 million deal from Benfica two years ago after impressing with the Portuguese side in the 2013-14 campaign.
Schalke 04 and Sporting Lisbon are also being linked with welcoming the player’s services. Fiorentina saw Napoli and Torino stealing from under their noses the likes of Emanuele Giaccherini and Adem Ljajic.
