Football Leaks: Roma only own HALF of Arsenal, Chelsea target Manolas!

This is big news for Arsenal and Chelsea fans. With both sides needing defensive reinforcements, one name has repeatedly cropped up over the past few weeks: that of Kostas Manolas, who has been one of Roma's stalwarts this season.

Widely considered to be one of the best defenders in Serie A, the Greek international is worth somewhere between 35 and 40 million... but Roma will only get to keep half that sum.

As revealed by Football Leaks, the Giallorossi agreed to give half of the proceeds from any sale to Olympiakos if Manolas leaves before August 31rd, 2016.

If the 24-year-old doesn't leave this summer, Roma can buy out his full contract for another €6.5 million, as part of the €13 million they'd originally agreed on with Olympiacos (see the full contract on Football Leaks HERE).

Does this make selling him more or less likely? It seems like Roma may want to keep Manolas until Christmas at the very least. Then again, the Giallorossi have done so well financially under Sabatini that they're reportedly closing to extinguishing their debt, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport.

Do they even need to sell Manolas at all?
