Inter, all the alternatives to Berardi and Gabriel Jesus

Inter are challenging the best European clubs for the signature of Gabriel Jesus. The Brazilian starlet has a release clause of € 40 million, though there are five clubs (Man Utd, PSG, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Barcelona) that can sign him for just € 24 million. Juventus and Manchester City have already made official offers to sign the highly-rated € 19 year old striker.

Inter’s appeal is lower than the other clubs interested, but, according to Corriere dello Sport, Suning group might decide to acquire the player through their Chinese football club Jiangsu and move it to Inter later on. Palmeiras would not mind this kind of solution as they are involved in the race to win the Brazilian championship and their campaign ends in December.

What about Berardi? Inter will only make an offer to Sassuolo if the player will push for his sale, otherwise, the nerazzurri will give up on the player. The Serie A giants have also reached agreement with Antonio Candreva, but the offer proposed to Lazio (€ 18 million) is lower than Napoli’s (€ 22 million) and still below the player’s price-tag (€ 25 million).

Marko Pjaca and Alex Teixeira are the number one alternatives for the role of offensive midfielder/winger, whilst Pescara wonderkid Gianluca Caprari has agreed personal terms with Inter and will arrive to the club at the beginning of the 2017-18 campaign as he will be spending the next season on loan at Pescara.

In the meantime also Matias Fonseca (son of former Juventus striker David) has signed with the club. He is a 15-year-old striker. Maj Roric (16, midfielder) is also close to becoming a new Inter player just like Alessandro Minelli (17, defender) and Armand Rada (17, offensive midfielder). They will all be playing for Inter’s youth teams.
