    Today, Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has released some interesting declarations about his team’s head coach Giuseppe Iachini and about the future of the 26-year-old attacking midfielder Franco Vazquez: “Napoli are really strong now, but Palermo was too dismissive while playing against them, and I said it to my coach. He answered that also Lazio, AC Milan and Fiorentina lost to them”

    “I didn’t like this answer at all” Zamparini added “if our coach thinks that his team is intended to lose, we’d better stay home and save from the trip. I don’t like those who think about losing. Sarri is the opposite”

    About Vazquez, the Sicilian club’s number one revealed: “He’s the best attacking midfielder in the Serie A, a leader like Platini. I think that this will be his last season at Palermo as I’ve already received many offers. Chelsea, Inter and AC Milan are interested, but in January he won’t move”
