As previously reported, Inter Milan are trying to enforce their team's right flank, and the negotiation with Atalanta for their main target, 23 Ezequiel Matias Schelotto, is actually in stand-by, even if Inter could try to include in the negotiation 22 year old midfielder Ruben Botta, who should join from Club Tigre; an alternative to the Italy international remains Eintracht Frankfurt 22 year old Sebastian Jung, and even if the player has expressed yesterday his intention to remain, the German club’s executives are awaited in Milan, and the nerazzurri could offer them 19 year old Croatian striker Marko Livaja, also tracked by the Orobici. Another option for Inter remains Fiorentina 29 year old Mattia Cassani. Regarding the midfield, the Lombard club seems also to have some chances, as well as city rivals AC Milan, for Napoli 26 year old Luca Cigarini, actually on loan at Atalanta, as admitted to Sportitalia by the player’s agent Giovanni Bia. For what cocerns the defense, FC Porto 27 year old Rolando is about to sign for Queens Park Rangers. 

The news item was in the air, but now it’s official: 32 year old defender Cristian Zaccardo has signed a three-and-a-half year deal with AC Milan, who have yielded to Parma 28 year old left back Djamel Mesbah and loaned 22 year old midfielder Rodney Strasser. The rossoneri are also seeking a goalkeeper, but, interviewed by Lalaziosiamonoi.it, Carlo Pallavicino, agent of 30 year old Marco Amelia has excluded the possibility for his client to move to AS Roma as part of the negotiation for same aged Maarten Stekelenburg.
