On the first day of the new season, the new Juventus coach Luigi Del Neri, sets a challenge: "I hope my Juve will be beautiful and successful. Winning in all areas, field and behaviour. Del Piero? He will not be a part-time player,he will not be a captain that does not play. He will be a Juventus player in every respect, I rely on him a lot. If he is fit he has no rivals in this league".

General manager Beppe Marotta talked about the market:"The time taken to rebuild the team is as expected, we have a homogeneous team from a tactical and technical point of veiw. From here to the end of August we will try to strengthen it in terms of quality and absolute value, seizing opportunities that arise from day to day".
