Juve: Baselli farther. Milan: Galli the new SD?

One of Juventus’ priorities for the next transfer window is finding the heirs of two cornerstones of their current team, 35 year old midfielder Andrea Pirlo and 36 year old goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon: for what concerns this latter, the bianconeri, as highlighted by calciomercato.com, are thinking about Udinese 17 year old Simone Scuffet, and, to overtake AS Roma in the hunt for the Italy international, are ready to get an option for the player but leaving him for some more seasons in Udine. Regarding the midfield, the Serie A defending champions’ main target remains Paris Saint-Germain 21 year old Marco Verratti: the Italy international could be part of a swap with the French club involving same-aged Paul Pogba. Perhaps, the Ligue 1 defending champions, as revealed to calciomercato.com by Sky Sport transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, are interested in another young midfielede tracked by Juve, Atalanta 21 year old Daniele Baselli. Another priority for the Piedmont’s club is the signing of a high-rated winger, and, as reported yesterday, a concrete target is Torino 27 year old Alessio Cerci, who could be involved in the negotiation with the granata regarding the co-ownership of 23 year old striker Ciro Immobile: in this case, the bianconeri will have to compete with both Inter and AC Milan. This latters are in any case still seeking an executive that will take care of their transfer market strategies, and, interviewed by calciomercato.com, the former Verona Sports Director Giovanni Galli has admitted to have met the Lombard club’s Chief Executive Adriano Galliani, and that he would certainly accept to work for Milan.
