    The Coppa Italia Round of 16 continues with a fascinating encounter, one that pits Sinisa Mihajlovic's Milan against his former flame Sampdoria. An old team-mate at the Marassi now sits on the Blucerchiati's bench: Vincenzo Montella will, however, hope his charges have made some progress since their 4-1 thrashing at the hands of the Rossoneri at the Giuseppe Meazza only three weeks ago. 

    The prize is, at least on paper, a tempting one, with Carpi waiting for the winner in the quarter finals and either Spezia or Alessandria in the semifinals. Then again,they've killed giants for a reason: they've played pretty damn well so far. 

    Sinisa Mihajlovic is under a lot of pressure at the moment, his Rossoneri's draws with Verona and Carpi angering owner Silvio Berlusconi. The Bacca-Niang pair will be brought back, whilst Sampdoria will count on Muriel and young star Federico Bonazzoli. 

    CM.COM journalist Fede Albrizio reports that Milan will bring Andrea Bertolacci and Juraj Kucka back in the fold.
