LIVE: Galatioto lands in Milan to negotiate Rossoneri sale
As of 1140 BST, we can confirm that the Italo-American businessman has landed at Malpensa airport near Milan, and he has confirmed thjat he is trying to find an agreement to sell the Rossoneri.
The rendez-vous we have been talking about for a number of days is unlikely to occur this afternoon, more likely either this evening or early tomorrow morning. Sky Sport Italy are reporting that Galatioto will leave for London on Friday, so that he can report on the sale to the banks who are financing the takeover.
