Marco Asensio pushes Isco out of Real Madrid, AC Milan interested

Real Madrid star Isco has been struggling with game time since Zinedine Zidane was appointed as new Merengues boss last December.

The Spaniard moved to the Santiago Bernabeu from Malaga in a € 30 million deal back in 2013 and the convincing performances of Marco Asensio in pre-season matches is convincing Zidane to keep the product of Real Madrid academy in the squad and offload some stars with James Rodriguez and Isco who have been reportedly added to Real Madrid’s list of departure.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Isco could leave the Berabeu on a permanent deal. AC Milan could be considering a move for the former Malaga ace as his extreme versatility and technical skills would suit perfectly with Montella’s philosophy.

Isco can be deployed as a wide player, attacking midfielder or halfback and the rossoneri are planning to make a loan offer with buy-out clause. Isco is not the only Real Madrid player on AC Milan’s radars as Mateo Kovacic is also a transfer target of the diavoli.
