    Marcos Alonso to Chelsea is a done deal: Spaniard undergoes medical

    Spanish left-back Marcos Alonso is undergoing medical with Chelsea. The former Bolton defender is at Chelsea’s Cobham training centre at the moment, where he’s set to finalize a € 28 million switch to the Stamford Bridge.


    Alonso, 25, has 85 appearances at Fiorentina with five goals scored and seven assists registered. He plays mainly as left-back, but he can also be deplyed in a three-man defence.
