Moratti: Suning to gradually drag Inter out of debt

Massimo Moratti believes that Inter's new owners will offerent 'different prospects' to former majority shareholder Erick Thohir.

“My opinion on this move is very positive, I think we can obtain some good results” Inter's former president told Chinese press agency Xinhua [as translated by FcInternews.it], “Suning will favour the club's internationalisation, but it will be important to have the right respect for Italian fans, within the club's cultural context.

The Italian businessman then delved into the details:

“Almost every Italian club is in debt, and it happened when I owned Inter, too.
“Inter won't have these problems in future, thanks to a series of efficient business operations – like increasing sales, investing in the club's development and organising events”.

“If anything, the outcome will be better. By controlling the club's balance of payments, these issues will be gradually solved”.

“Differences with Thohir's management? We're speaking of a group with enormous potential from a developmental perspective, it'll offer Inter different prospects”.
