    REPORT: Milan want to keep Espanyol target Mario Balotelli

    As reported by RAC, Espanyol are interested in Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli, currently on loan at AC Milan. The Periquitos would like to obtain the 25-year-old on loan too, but they would pay entirely the player’s salary. Such solution would be convenient for the Reds, only if they wouldn’t find somebody intentioned to buy the Italy international. However, the English club’s manager Jurgen Klopp has no intention to bring Super Mario back to Anfield.
     
    On the other hand, the player would like to remain with the rossoneri, and the best solution for the Lombard club could be the extension of the loan, even if a signing on permanent basis –eventually involving Mbaye Niang in the negotiation- is not excluded.
