Though the Croatian wants to move to Old Trafford and told the Nerazzurri as much yesterday.
The Italian paper confirms that Inter have to find €30 million to satisfy their Financial Fair Play deal with UEFA. They can either do that, or receive some pretty hefty fines.
As of a few days ago, Inter were denying that the Croatian would move, their sporting director accusing the papers of lying.
“Ivan Perisic to Manchester United? You said it was already a done deal,” Piero Ausilio told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
“You say things that aren’t true. There’s an interest on their [Manchester United’s] part, but he is unsellable”.
Inter value their man at around €50 million, the 28-year-old coming off a strong Serie A campaign, in which he scored eleven goals and was generally one of the Nerazzurri’s stars.
