Fernando Gago’s spell at Roma may end in the summer since, according to Olè, the Argentinean midfielder could be sold to Atletico Madrid.

The Giallorossi currently have Gago on loan from Real Madrid and have an option to buy the player in the summer.

However, newly appointed Diego Simeone is reportedly working behind the scenes to persuade Gago to return to Madrid but on the opposite side of the city.
