Chelsea and Man Utd open talks to sign Napoli star: ADL sets his price-tag

Chelsea and Manchester United have opened talks to sign Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, Area Napoli reports.

According to the reliable Naples-based website, a meeting between Aurelio De Laurentiis, Cristiano Giuntoli and Fali Ramadani took place in a hotel in Naples city center last week.

Koulibay was the main subject of the meeting with the Senegal defender who is being monitored by both Chelsea and Manchester United.

Ramadani is known to be very close to the Blues. The Macedonian carried out a few transfer negotiations for the Premier League giants last summer and he is now trying to do the same with Koulibaly who is a long time target of both Maurizio Sarri and José Mourinho.

According to the report, De Laurentiis won’t sell Koulibaly for a fee below € 105 million. The transfer of the Senegal defender is unlikely in January but could be finalized in the summer. “Anything can happen with De Laurentiis”, writes Area Napoli.

That’s what Chelsea and Manchester United hope.
