Exclusive: AC Milan's signal to Chelsea, Elliott have clear thoughts on Bakayoko
The signals that have arrived from Milan to the Chelsea management in recent hours are clear, there are no intentions to make use of the €35m buy-out clause, as learned by Calciomercato.com's Fabrizio Romano.
In addition to the big transfer fee, which is a major turnoff for the Rossoneri, the continuous training delays as well as the improper behaviour during two key games (Milan-Lazio, Milan-Bologna) has led Milan to this decision.
Bakayoko already has multiple offers from other clubs, and Chelsea are currently waiting for his return to become official before deciding whether to keep him or not. His return, however, is now as good as done, with Elliott sending strong signals to the London club.
