Di Francesco: 'Inter are stronger than Roma. Schick needs to give more'

On the eve of the big Serie A matchup between Roma and Inter, coach Eusebio Di Francesco spoke to the media in a pre-match press conference.

"Perotti and Pastore are both available, but will not play from the start. Florenzi in the attack? I will not speak about formations not to give advantages to Spalletti, but obviously he can play there. Fazio? We will see if he will play," he said.

"Schick? He played 500 minutes more than last year. We need everyone at this moment, I cannot make so many choices. Patrik has to give something more and I believe in his abilities, but the mental aspect is important and he needs to grow in this.

"We need strong men. I am in charge of everything and I have to give strength to the group. This team can pull off something. There is great disappointment among the fans and I understand it. We are not indebted but we need their great support.

"Inter proved to be stronger than Roma at the moment. They have very strong players and Spalletti is doing a great job. It is a different team that is growing. Juve are a step ahead of the rest.

"My future? I always try to do my best with the desire to see a team with blood in my eyes. I hope the spark can come tomorrow," Di Francesco concluded.
