Inter-Torino: Kondogbia out of lineup again

No secret that Frank De Boer and Geoffrey Kondogbia are not on good terms. The Frenchman’s was Inter’s most expensive signing in summer 2015 having moved to the San Siro for a fee of € 30 million from AS Monaco.

With Gary Medel who has been banned for the next three Serie A games, De Boer is not going to pick the Frenchman to replace the Chile International, opting for Ever Banega instead.

Banega did not feature in the last two games against Southampton and Atalanta and is set to make his return in the lineup alongside Marcelo Brozovic and Joao Mario.

Kondogbia has been failing to impress since the joined Inter in 2015 and things are going from bad to worse this season with De Boer in charge of the nerazzurri.

Kondogbia was replaced after less than 30 minutes in the home Bologna clash last month and has just been playing 28 minutes in the following five games.

The former AS Monaco is not going to get a chance to shine tonight either with De Boer who is facing a big game for his future as the Dutchman could be sacked if he fails to win against the granata tonight.
