Monaco join Arsenal, Juventus in race for the ‘next Vieira’
During his first top-flight season in Italy, Kessie has already scored five goals and registered two assists in 10 games with Juventus that are not the only club interested in welcoming his services as also Inter and Napoli have been tracking the 19-year-old promise.
Given his ability to combine physical strength with stunning vision and technique, Kessie has been compared to former France midfielder Patrick Vieira who played for both Arsenal and Juventus.
A Cote d’Ivoire International, Kessie has already six appearances with his senior national team and many European clubs are also believed to be willing to make contact to seal him either in January or at the end of the season.
Arsenal are being linked with welcoming the player’s services, though Monaco will battle it out with the Premier League and Serie A giants for one of the most interesting prospects in Serie A.
