    Ricardo Rodriguez: agent of Arsenal target denies Wolfsburg transfer reports

    Gianluca Di Domenico, agent of Arsenal, Inter and AC Milan target Ricardo Rodriguez has denied that his client is looking for an escape route from the Bundesliga giants. Talking to Swiss paper Blick, the player’s agent has denied transfer reports linking the Switzerland International with leaving the German club.

    “Ricardo is usually object of transfer speculations, but it’s time to put an end to these stories. Ricardo is only focused on Wolfsburg.”

    Calciomercato.com, however, reported a few weeks ago that the player’s agent had met Inter, AC Milan and Napoli during a trip to Italy, offering the services of his client to the three Serie A clubs.

    AC Milan’s director of sport Massimiliano Mirabelli is a big fan of the Siwss defender having scouted him several times, also during his time as Inter chief scout.
    The Swiss left-back is also a long-time transfer target of Arsenal that are looking for a long time replacement for Nacho Monreal.

    ​Rodriguez, 24, has two goals and as much assists in 14 appearances with Wolfsburg so far this season.
