Suning takeover won’t change Inter transfer plans. What future for Mancini?

With Suning Group ready to acquire a majority share in Inter, today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport highlights how Inter summer transfer strategies might change with a new ownership in charge of the club.

The Italian paper claims that the nerazzurri would still need to stick the FFP rule, that’s why a couple of big names are still likely to be leaving the San Siro in the summer.

Chinese takeover won’t change Inter transfer plans.

Miranda, Murillo, Handanovic, Brozovic and Icardi are the players who have the most admirers around Europe, whilst Tonny Vilhena will be the third player to join as a free agent after Banega and Erkin.

Candreva remains the priority for midfield reinforcement, whilst Bruma is the number one option to replace Murillo or Miranda. Inter urge to sign a playmaker too. Biglia, Lassana Diarra, Otavio and Yaya Toure remain on Inter’s shopping list.

What about the manager? Repubblica reports that Mancini is very disappointed because no one has informed him about ongoing negotiations for the sale of a majority share in the club and is waiting to know what to do with his future.

According to Repubblica, the new Chinese property could ask Diego Simeone to move to the San Siro and also Cesare Prandelli, who has yet to close agreement with Lazio, could be a potential replacement of the former Man City gaffer.
