Gonzalo Higuain could make return to Juventus starting XI against Genoa

Gonzalo Higuain skipped Juventus’ Champions League clash against Sevilla with a muscle injury earlier this week, but the Argentinean could make return to Old Lady’s starting XI against Genoa on Sunday.

The bianconeri had a morning training session in Vinovo today and although Max Allegri did not use any specific system during today’s training, the Italian tactician is likely to adopt the classic 3-5-2 system during next week-end’s away Serie A clash to Genoa.

Gonzalo Higuain should make return to Juventus starting XI with Mario Mandzukic playing alongside him in attack as Paulo Dybala could make return to Juventus squad in two weeks time when Juventus will host Atalanta at the J Stadium

Apart from Manzukic and Higuain, millennial Moise Kean is the only striker al Allegri’s disposal for the incoming Serie A match. The 16-year-old promise is set to start from the bench but could enter the pitch in the second half like during the last two Juventus’ games against Pescara and Sevilla.
