Inter; the promotion of Santon &...Darmian

21 October at 14:37
Davide Santon is finding his feet once more at Inter. Having made the assist for the goal by Candreva last night against Southampton, the Italian full-back is starting to repay the faith showed in him by coach Frank de Boer.

DARMIAN:
The 25-year-old has also been speaking about the possible January arrival of his international teammate Matteo Darmian, explaining that; “He is a great guy and an important player, if Inter has the chance I would definitely take him”. The Manchester United full-back played the whole 90 minutes of his sides 4-1 win over Fenerbahce on Thursday but the 26-year-old has yet to make a single league appearance for the Red Devils this season.

VENTURA:
New Italy boss Giampiero Ventura has also given Darmian a boost by declaring that; “He went to Manchester with the right knowledge but English football has not suited him. Now he must return to Italy to continue his career”. It seems that Inter is waiting with open arms.
