Sarri open to selling Chelsea star to AC Milan on one condition

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri could agree to sell Cesc Fabregas in the January transfer window but the Italian tactician wants the Blues to sign a valuable replacement before giving his green light to Fabregas’ move to the San Siro.

The contract of the Spaniard expires in 2019 and the player could be leaving the club as a free agent at the end of the season.

AC Milan, however, are in a hurry to sign midfield reinforcements in the January transfer window.

Lucas Biglia, in fact, will remain out of action for at least three months while the season of Jack Bonaventura is over already with the Italian midfielder that will be forced to undergo a knee surgery and remain on the sidelines for 7-8 months.

Fabregas has been struggling with game time so far this season and AC Milan have already begun talks to sign him in January. Sarri is going to say yes to the transfer but according to Il Corriere dello Sport, he wants a new center midfielder who can replace the former Barcelona star.
