Juve EXCLUSIVE: Berardi won't be another Coman

Juventus fans have long come round to the idea that Sassuolo star Domenico Berardi will be wearing the Black and White shirt recently.

Only this, recent reports have him linked to both Inter and AC Milan, evoking fears that the 21-year-old star would end up moving to a bitter rival despite the gentlemen's agreement between Juventus and Sassuolo.

This obviously evokes fears of repeating the Kingsley Coman fiasco: the promising young Frenchman was loaned to Bayern Munich last summer with a buy-back clause in the €20 million region, only to see him shine for the BuLi giants and add insult to injury with a Champions League goal against the Juventini.

Correspondent Fabrizio Romano can exclusively confirm, however, that the two clubs - who have always been on good terms and often work together to bring in talent, both from Italy and South America - have kept up contacts in recent times, and have set an as-yet-unspecified date in the near future in which they'll sign the deal.

The Bianconeri also want to discuss Berardi's future with him, as they're not sure whether he'll play for the Bianconeri or be loaned out for another season.
