Interviewed by Eurosport, Napoli star Ezequiel Lavezzi confessed his admiration for La Liga and English Premier League.

“I like La Liga, so many good players over there, but the Premier League is great as well,” said Lavezzi.

“Those are two fascinating competitions, every footballer would like to play there sooner or later. Our job is fantastic as it allow us to travel and discover different cultures.

“I don’t speak English but I would like to learn one day...” concluded the Argentine.

Juve bid for Suarez            

According to the Daily Star, Juventus are ready to make an offer for Liverpool ace Luis Suarez.

The Bianconeri are prepared to offer €35M for the Uruguayan striker who has also been linked to Paris Saint-Germain.

Ziegler’s options                 

Swiss full-back Reto Ziegler is currently on loan to Fenerbahce from Juventus. The player’s father commented on all the rumours regarding Ziegler’s future.

“I read on the papers about PSG and Marseille, but nothing more. I understand newspapers have to fill their pages these days, but there is nothing real so far,” René explained to Calciomercato.com.
