Lewandowski signs new Bayern Munich deal
“This club has given me everything I need to make my dream come true. There will be new challenges for us now”, Lewandowski told Bayern Munich’s official website after having put pen to paper on the new agreement.
Bayern have failed to reveal the player’s new salary, but Lewandowski is said to have received a big salary raise given that his season wages is rumoured to have been increased from € 10 million to € 15 million.
Lewandowski joined Bayern Munich from Borussia Dortmund in summer 2014 and has already won several trophies with the Bavarians although he has yet to lift the first Champions League in his career and will try hard to succeed under new boss Carlo Ancelotti this season.
