His name was linked with a possible move to Inter in the summer but former Chelsea now Jiangsu Suning midfielder Ramires has told Goal that these stories had no fact behind them, stating that; “Many people have spoken to me about Inter but not Jiangsu, we’ve never spoken of this opportunity”.
 

He continued; “I was at the presentation when the Suning Group took over Inter but we have never spoken of this possibility”. When asked if it was something that may be revisited in the future he replied; “The nerazzuri are an historic club, if the opportunity should arise then of course I would give it some thought”.
