AC Milan: idea Destro, sprint for Cigarini. Inter: no agreement for Handanovic
The priority for AC Milan in this transfer window remains the signing of a midfielder. And the main target of the rossoneri is still Real Madrid 27 year old Lassana Diarra. But, considering the fact that the Frenchman, at least for the moment, requires a 4 million euros per year contract, the Lombard club has intesified their contacts with the agent of Napoli 26 year old Luca Cigarini, last season on loan at Atalanta, who would accept a 1,8 million euros per year salary. Regarding the offensive line, Dynamo Kijv General Manager Rezo Chokhonelidze has turned out the rumours regarding Milan interest for 22 year old Andryi Yarmolenko, while the new name is the one of 21 year old Mattia Destro, actually in co-ownership between Siena and Genoa: according to gazzetta.it, in fact, Chief Executive Adriano Galliani has met the Ligurian club president Enrico Preziosi, and now the rossoneri could join Juventus, Inter Milan and AS Rome in the auction for the Italy national.
It's well known that Inter Milan want to replace their goalkeeper Julio Cesar with Udinese 27 year old Samir Handanovic. Through his club's official TV channel, Udinese Sports Director Fabrizio Larini has confirmed that the nerazzurri have asked the Slovenia national but that for the moment there are no agreements. As anticipated today, Inter are interested in Eintracht Frankfurt defender Sebastian Jung. Today the German club's Sports Director Bruno Hubner has been in Milan, and has talked with Inter also about the possible transfer to Germany of 21 year old Luca Caldirola. Interviewed by Sky Sport, Hubner has confirmed to be in talks with the nerazzurri but that at the moment there are no negotiations going on.
