Chelsea target Nainggolan: Conte wants me

Chelsea and Juventus target Radja Nainggolan has spoken again about the possibility of moving to London.

Speaking from Belgium's camp in France, the AS Roma star confessed that his rival on Monday (and future Chelsea manager) Antonio Conte had spoken to him, and expressed his interest in signing him, and a lot more.

“Conte? We've spoken already, he already wanted me to join Juventus, but I told him I'd never go there”.

“Now he's trying to convince me to move to Chelsea. We've had a chat, he's an interesting person.

“Conte is certainly a good coach. He's told me what he expects of me and what kind of a player I can be for him. It's important to know that a coach wants you that much”.

Radja was, however, adamant that he wouldn't just move to the EPL for the sake of it.

“I'd only leave Italy for major improvements on every front, not for little differences.

“Will I remain in Rome? I don't know”.

The Antwerp native went on  to talk about the lobbying some of his Diables Rouges team-mates are subjecting him to, as well as Belgium's upcoming game against Italy.

“Courtois and Hazard are trying to convince me to move to London, but we'll see..

“Italy is my second home, but I'll do everything to win, I feel 100% Belgian.

“Italy are very strong tactically, if they get past the groups they can be dangerous”.

Italy face Belgium in Lyon on Monday.
