Serie A Fantasy football: five low cost signings from newly promoted Serie A clubs
Here there are five players that you can sign for a very low price-tag but whose performances can lead your fantasy team to glory.
BRUNO MARTELLA (defender, Crotone) – Eight assists and three goals in Serie B last season, he has the perfect profile to get bonuses at a very low price.
JOAO PEDRO (midfielder, Cagliari) – Serie A fans have memories of ‘Joao Meraviglioao’ who has spent the last two seasons at Cagliari. Scorer of 13 goals and 7 assists last season, he could be the perfect pick in midfield, especially when Caglari play at home.
VALERIO VERRE (midfielder, Pescara) – Good ratings are guaranteed here as Verre has everything a midfielder need: quality, quantity and vision. He’s a target of Inter and other Serie A clubs. If he stays at Pescara he’s an excellent deal.
Gian Marco Ferrari (defender, Crotone) – The perfect pick to fill your defence. The U-21 Italy International has proved his value at Crotone last season and can get good figures in terms of ratings. Inter and Juve are tracking him, but he’s going to stay with Crotone until January at least.
Gianluca Caprari (striker, Pescara) – Chosing Marco Borriello would be too easy. Caprari helped Pescara to snatch promotion to Serie A last term scoring goals and registering bags of assists. Inter have an option to sign him, but his only problem is discontinuity.
