Palacio? The market can offer someone better. Apart from Sanchez, there might be other opportunities for Inter in the Italian market, like for example Mirko Vucinic and Jeremy Menez, who both want to leave Roma.

They are both technically strong although they lack in personality and continuity. However, they could find the right environment to mature in Milan. But there is competition: Vucinic is wanted in England and also by Juventus, whereas Leonardo's PSG are interested in Menez. 

Their cost is fairly high, but the Nerazzurri could negotiate a good deal with Roma by including the goalkeeper Viviano, the young Santon or Thiago Motta.
