    Official: Allegri is the new AC Milan coach

    Finally! After a long tug of war with President Cellino, Massimiliano Allegri has freed himself from Cagliari and today has signed a two-year contract (1.5 million euro per season) in the Rossoneri's headquarters in Via Turati.

    Here's the official press release:
    "AC Milan communicates that Massimiliano Allegri is the new first team coach. The coach has signed a contract until June 30, 2012.

    The official presentation will probably take place Tuesday,July 20, when the team is scheduled to meet at Milanello for the forthcoming season.
