Soriano Transfer Update: Milan, Juve, Napoli target's release clause expires in 5 days

Sampdoria star Roberto Soriano is one of the hottest commodities in Serie A as the German-born Italian midfielder has netted six goals in 18 games in Serie A.

The player’s contract with the Marassi side runs until 2020, but Soriano has a € 15 million release clause that is set to expire within five days.

Milan are reportedly the most interested side in signing him as Juventus are looking for a pure, world-class playmaker (Ilkay Gundogan) or a game-breaker trequartista such as Real Madrid’s Isco, while Napoli’s n.1 choice for midfielder reinforcement is Valencia ace André Gomes.

Sinisa Mihajlovic would love to coach him at Milan too, after that the duo spent last season as Sampdoria.

Trouble is, Milan have to sell some of their players prior to buy new ones. Stephan El Shaarawy, Alessio Cerci, Diego Lopez, Luiz Adriano and Nigel de Jong are reportedly on their way out of San Siro, but will they leave Milan before January 15?
