ALMOST DONE: Shanghai Shenhua to finalize Fredy Guarin’s deal!
Las week the 29-year-old midfielder was strongly linked with another Chinese side , Jiangsu Suning, but the transfer collapsed as the club had failed to make any official offer to both Inter and the player, reaching just a verbal agreement with both parties.
Fredy Guarin’s agent Marcelo Ferreyra (pictured) confirmed to fcinter1908.it that Jiangsu Suning have walked out of negotiations.
The former Porto man did not train today, but he passed by Inter’s training ground La Pinetina to say goodbye to his almost-former teammates asking each one of them one Inter jersey as a souvenir of his four-year-spell at inter.
UPDATE: Calciomercato.com has exclusively learned that Guarin could fly to Marbella, Spain, tomorrow to undergo medical with Shanghai Shenhua, where the Chinese side have started their pre-season trainings ahead of the new campiagn.
Shanghai Shenhua are expected to write down an official offer tomorrow.
