Europa League: Southampton-Inter 2-1 |Goals,Highlights and Commentary
Inter will look to bounce back after last week's loss to Sampdoria which led to the Frank De Boer sacking. They will be taking on Southampton tonight as they will hope to be able to climb back up the standings. Sparta Prague are currently leading group K with 6 points followed by Southampton with 4 points, Hapoel with 4 points and finally Inter who have 3 points. This will be Inter's first game of the season without De Boer as Stefano Vecchi will coach them tonight (he is the current Inter youth squad coach). Medel-Banega and Gnoukouri will start in the midfield where as Icardi will play upfront with Perisic and Candreva. Miranda will guide the back line in front of goalkeeper Samir Handanovic. Inter will be hoping that the group can gel up as they have been very inconsistant this season.This should be a cracking game as both clubs are in need of points in an attempt to keep their Europa League hopes alive.
