EXCLUSIVE: Ausilio not in sync with Mancini, set for Inter exit
Ausilio is seriously considering the opportunity to move out from Inter to start a new experience with Bologna as the rossoblu president Joe Saputo would give him a very high budget to sign new recruits, but also because his relationship with Inter boss Roberto Mancini has been recently fragmenting.
The duo have different views on Inter’s summer transfer strategy. According to Ausilio, Inter would only need to add 5-6 ‘good players’ to the team, while Mancini would rather prefer the signing two ‘experienced and top-class players’ to boost the nerazzurri’s squad.
Ausilio has understood that Erick Thohir supports Mancini as he already proved last January when he agreed on the acquisition of Eder despite the former Samp star had been snubbed in the summer in favour of Adem Ljajic, due to economic reasons.
Inter’s sporting director is considering pros and cons of a San Siro exit and should he accept Bologna’s offer, former Napoli Riccardo Bigon (currently at Hellas Verona) would take over his role at Inter.
