Galliani: 'Fellaini? Milan already have too many players!', 'Atleti blocked Cerci move'

Milan's Vice-President and CEO Adriano Galliani spoke to Mediaset Premium Sport before today's home game against Bologna.

Asked to comment Sinisa Mihajlovic's words before the game (he called the Bologna tie "Either a turnaround, or agony"), he answered: "I think those terms are too strong, but obviously we hope to get up and running against Bologna".

On the transfer market: I'd like to deny rumours of Fellaini's arrival, we have seven central midfieders and, if no-one leaves, we won't buy anyone".

We're extremely well covered in defence, attack and on the wings, too, we have a squad of 28 players! Fellaini is definitely a very important player, who I appreciated both in Belgium and at Everton, a little less at Manchester United, where I still keep tabs on him.

Is Cerci on his way out?  We'll see what happens, he'll decide what to do, he has another six months on his loan, and Atletico Madrid effectively blocked his move to Genoa.

Regarding Keisuke Honda's words:  There was a misunderstanding. He released some declarations in Japan, but his words were translated from Japanese into English, then from English into Italian. Some Chinese whispers are at the heart of this, there's nothing behind this talk.
