Genoa and Parma have reached an agreement for the next transfer window in January. They will swap two players: Palladino and Modesto will go to Parma, and Antonelli and Paloschi will move to Genoa.

The swap is not for free: Genoa will pay 7 million euro to Parma. Antonelli and Modesto are transferred, whereas Paloschi and Palladino's registrations will be co-owned by the two clubs. The news will be official on the 3rd of January, when the market starts.
