Inter: Chivu could retire. AS Roma: done for Cedric

The main topic about Inter Milan remains the one regarding the selling of the 70% of the club’s shares to the Indonesian tycoon Erick Thohir: interviewed by Mediaset Premium before the game against Fiorentina, the nerazzurri’s president Massimo Moratti has declared that nothing will be signed tomorrow, but that something can happen anytime. Meanwhile, the Lombard club’s executives keep on working to reinforce the team:  according to Sportmediaset.it, for example, Inter have joined Manchester United in the hunt for Barcelona 26 year old midfielder Alexandre Song, even if at the moment the Red Devils remain the main option for the Cameroon international. On the contrary, the nerazzurri could loose one of their veterans: according to Fanatik, in fact, 32 year old defender Cristian Chivu could quit professional football and become an executive of the Romanian football federation if his contract with Inter –actually expiring in June 2014- won’t be extended.

As reported earlier, also the Serie A current leaders AS Roma are extremely active on the transfer market: the giallorossi are also extemely attentive to some young talents, and, as reported by Sky transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, the 18 year old Cameroonian midfielder Franck Cedric Njiki Tchoutou has signed a three year deal with the Capital’s club.
