Interviewed by Sky Sport before the game against city rivals AC Milan, Inter Milan Sports Director Piero Ausilio has released some interesting declarations regarding his club’s transfer market strategy: the nerazzurri's executive has confirmed that 40 year old Javier Zanetti will remain as an executive, while the future of those players whose contract is about to expire will be decided at the end of the season: Ausilio has assured that 21 year old striker Mauro Icardi will stay, in fact Inter are seeking a forward that can play together with the Argentina international; perhaps, it seems always more difficult for the Lombard club’s to obtain Manchester City 28 year old Edin Dzeko: as outlined by calciomercato.com, in fact, the English club’s president Mansur bin Zayd is intentioned to extend the contract of the Bosnia international. Another priority for the nerazzurri is reinforcing their team’s flank, and –as reported by Tuttosport- are in competition with Milan indeed for Genoa 22 year old Sime Vrsaljko and Catania 21 year old Gino Peruzzi Lucchetti. The rossoneri, are also seeking a center back, and, according to the same media, keep on tracking Botafogo 19 year old Doria, who could join even if the first team’s coach Clarence Seedorf will leave.
