Paris Saint-Germain are on fire and after signing Barcelona left-back Maxwell they are trying to sign Maicon.

Live on France 3 TV, Brazilian winger Michel Bastos confirmed that Maicon is really close to the French outfit.

Leonardo is working on the deal and it seems that the player would welcome the move and that Inter would be willing to cash in.

Last season, Maicon was really close to Real Madrid but President Massimo Moratti stopped the deal.

This time around, considering injuries and poor performances over the past year, Moratti should have a totally different approach.
