José Mourinho won’t be the next Manchester United manager, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports this morning citing British media.

The Special One was thought to be the Red Devils’ priority to replace under-fire Louis Van Gaal at the end of the season, but the Premier League giants have put talks on hold and the former Inter manager is rumoured to be sick and tired of waiting for the Old Trafford outfit to give him a call.

Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs is expected to be tasked with the job of bringing the Red Devils back to where they deserve. The Welshman should be appointed as the team’s new boss once the season will be over.

In the meantime, José Mourinho’s agent Jorge Mendes is already in contact with PSG and Real Madrid, two top European clubs looking for an experienced and charismatic manager who can help them to win the UEFA Champions League.

Inter would be interested in appointing Mou as well, though the Serie A giants’ finances are not strong enough to hire him.
